Gold Medal Ales are produced monthly in recognition of some of the 'greats' of history.
However this month we celebrate our own achievement with a special Silver Medal Ale

On 22nd May 1982 we brewed our first beer. Bridge Bitter.
Twenty Five years later we are celebrating our Silver Jubilee with a silver medal ale, brewed in the latest style of cask beers.
The beer is golden, brewed at 4.5% abv with English Northdown and American Cascade hops, a beer style that was unthought
of 25 years ago that we helped to pioneer.
Since 1982 we have brewed approximately 16 million pints and all of them worthy of toasting our success and longevity in a
very competitive and changing market.
